Go Skate Day and the journey so far
Jun 21, 2025
Go Skate Day 2025 gave us more than a reason to roll — it was a moment to celebrate just how far Skate Farm has come. What started as a dream has grown into a buzzing community hub for riders of all kinds.
Tom’s vision was simple: create a safe, supportive place to skate. Today, that dream is a vibrant indoor park for all wheels and skill levels.
Go Skate Day 2025, packed with energy
On Saturday 21st June, the park was fully booked with two birthday parties and the rest of the space alive with free skate sessions. We had cheers flowing, boards rolling, and smiles everywhere — proof of our lively, growing culture.

It’s more than just ramps
We’ve added a chill-out zone, a skate shop, sensory-friendly spaces, and even sunflower planting — because we believe skating is about community, self-belief, and growth on and off the ramps.
Now that the sun’s out, we’ve also opened up our outdoor seating area — perfect for adults to catch up over coffee or a cookie while the kids roll. Our Party Room is in full swing too, with more bookings than ever, and we couldn’t be happier to see the celebrations growing alongside the sessions.
To keep things exciting, we’re constantly tweaking and updating the ramps — making sure the park always feels fresh, fun, and full of new challenges.
Skate for everyone
Skate Farm isn’t just for kids — it’s a space for everyone. We run dedicated Over-40s nights and regularly host advanced sessions for skateboarders, scooter riders, and inline skaters looking to push their skills even further.
One of the best things about the Farm is how accessible it is. You can bring your child and simply watch with a coffee — or jump in and join them whenever you're ready. Whether you're new, returning, or refining your ride, our lessons are always available to help you build confidence and level up.
From family-friendly sessions to late-night skate jams, there’s space for every age, style, and ability.

Look how far we’ve come
Just one year ago, The Skate Farm was barely more than an idea. The entrance was used for storage, the mini ramp had only just started its festival-to-skatepark transformation, and the half pipe — kindly donated — needed serious TLC. The Free Skate Room didn’t even exist yet.
It’s wild to look back… and even better to see what’s next.

The future looks fun
We’re just getting started. More ramps, more sessions, more ways to roll. Huge thanks to every rider, parent, sponsor, and visitor who’s helped the Skate Farm grow. Go Skate Day 2025 reminded us just how far we’ve come — and how far we’re going.
With summer festivals ahead, including appearances from the Wizard of Skate himself at Gloworm Festival, and new events already in the works, the future’s looking exciting.
Can’t wait to see you all at the park — and already counting down to Go Skate Day 2026.
